Please keep low speaking tones throughout the spa. All mobile devices should be placed on the silent setting before entering the spa area. Speaker audio modes are strictly prohibited along with food consumption in the treatment areas.

Spa Policy
Your treatment, service and time are reserved for you.
Kindly keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment.
We wish to provide the best service possible to all our guests.
Third party bookings are not permitted. If you are booking on behalf of someone else please be advised that the service must be paid in full to reserve the appointment.
Refrain from bringing company unless you are accompanying a minor.
Children are not allowed in the spa unless having a service and they cannot remain in our waiting area unattended.
All appointments require confirmation via email, text or phone call.
Failure to confirm your appointment may result in cancellation.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment up within 24 hours by emailing us at appts@sinnamontt.com or messaging /calling 868-706-0227
Appointments made within the cancellation period (less than 24 hours ) are subject to cancellation penalties below.
Cancellations made up to 124 hours before a scheduled appointment will be accepted without a penalty.
Cancellation penalties are as follows:
Cancellation 24 hours and beyond - no penalty
Cancellation 12-24hours 15% of all services
Same day cancellation or no-show 25% of all services
Cancellation because of later arrival beyond 10-15 mins - 30% of all services
Late arrival - $50
Charges for cancelled or missed appointments must be settled before your future appointments can be scheduled. This can be facilitated via our online payment platform.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, you will be charged a $50 late fee. This time will be deducted from your treatment time and the full value charged.
15 minutes late without the ability to facilitate your appointment will result in cancellation and a 50% charge of the booked service, treatment or package.
Additional guests and children not receiving services are not permitted at the spa.
